Can I request the parcel arrives at a later date?

Absolutely!  We've just added a "preferred delivery date" request to the shopping cart page, so you can indicate your preferred delivery date with your order. 

  • If you are using the Free Standard Delivery Option (Royal Mail 48), parcels will be posted 3 working days prior to the preferred delivery date. 

  • If you select the Express Delivery Option (Royal Mail 24), parcels will be posted 1 working day prior to the preferred delivery date (when ordered before 12pm noon).

Please note, if your preferred delivery date is in less than 3 working days, we advise you use the Express Delivery Option to make sure your gift arrives in time. Free Standard Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

If no preferred delivery date is indicated with your order, we'll just pop your order in the post ASAP.  

We'll do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on the preferred date, but as we rely on Royal Mail to deliver our parcels, we cannot 100% guarantee it will arrive on the indicated date. 

 

Delivery Costs and Timelines

We currently offer two delivery options:
  • Free Standard Delivery is offered on all orders being delivered to the UK Mainland.  Items will be posted by Royal Mail 48 service which typically takes 2-3 working days for delivery.
  • Express Delivery, if selected, is charged at £2.50 and your order will be sent by Royal Mail 24 service, which typically takes 1 working day for delivery.

If no preferred delivery date is indicated with your order, we'll pop your order in the post ASAP.  

Please note, orders received after 12pm (noon) will be posted the next working day (Mon-Fri).

 

I need a gift that will fit straight through the letterbox.

Need a letterbox friendly gift? No problem! Our Live the Little Things Box, Balance Box, Thoughts Box, Man Box and In Bloom Box are perfectly sized to pop straight through the recipient's letterbox (approx 27x17x3cm) - if a box is letterbox friendly it will state this in the product description.  No need for anybody to be home to accept the delivery. 

 

More than one gift to send?

All our gift boxes are designed to be posted separately.  If you'd like to order more than one gift box and they are shipping to the same address, please check out as normal and we'll provide blank greetings cards in each box for you to add your own message.  If they are going to separate addresses, please check-out separately - we want to make sure the correct item is sent to the correct address!
