Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Just to let you know that we're moving this coming weekend, so we're closing our online shop for a few days whilst we move everything over and sort ourselves out. We'll be back on Tuesday 21 September.
Orders placed after midday on Thursday 16 September will be dispatched on Tuesday 21 September.

To make sure your orders reach you and your loved ones as quickly as possible we are now using exclusively tracked services. We currently offer three shipping options:
- Standard Delivery - sent by Tracked 48 charged at £3.25
- Express Delivery - sent by Tracked 24 charged at £5.50
- Special Delivery - sent by Special Delivery Guaranteed (mon-fri) charged at £8.50
Please note, orders received after 12pm (noon) are shipped the following working day.
RoyalMail are prioritising Special Delivery and tracked services. However, we have had some feedback that it may take a little longer in some areas so please allow up to three working days for deliveries. We ask and thank you for your patience during this challenging time. If your order has not been received after five working days of the expected date, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org
Northern Ireland Addresses & Shipping Internationally
Owing to Brexit-related regulatory changes, we are sad to say we are unfortunately no longer able to ship to addresses in Northern Ireland or Internationally for the time being.
The "Northern Ireland Protocol" means that Northern Ireland essentially stays within the EU single market for goods, and in particular, the EU regulations around cosmetic safety will continue to apply to most of the products we sell for recipients based in Northern Ireland (more info here). For cosmetics to be sold in the EU single market, they need to be registered on the Cosmetics Product Notification Portal which requires a designated Responsible Person (RP) in the EU. As most of my suppliers are small independent businesses based in the UK, they do not have, and cannot afford to appoint a nominated EU RP alongside their UK RP, which can cost hundreds of pounds per product. As such, that means we can no longer knowingly send our boxes to recipients based in Northern Ireland.
Please note, this does not affect orders placed by customers based in Northern Ireland shipping to addresses in England, Scotland or Wales.
As per the above, we also cannot ship to countries within the EU or Internationally at this time.
We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.
We have been packing all orders using biodegradable gloves since social distancing was introduced and will continue to do so. We continue to sanitise packing areas and hands throughout the day. All social distancing guidelines are being adhered to strictly.
Whilst we will continue to monitor the situation, we thank you for your continued patience and understanding during what is currently a very challenging and changeable period. Thank you for supporting a small British business.
Nominated Day Delivery
We are not currently able to offer a delayed postage (nominated day) shipping option. It's incredibly difficult to estimate arrival dates currently and so to avoid the risk of a parcel arriving later than expected, all orders received will be dispatched the next working day if ordered after 12pm (noon). We will continue to add "Not to be opened before..." notes to the outside of parcels though, so please feel free to use this to let us know what date to add to the "do not open until" message.
Need a gift that will fit straight through the letterbox?
Need a letterbox friendly gift? No problem! Our Live the Little Things Box, Balance Box, Thoughts Box and Little Bath Time Rituals Boxes are perfectly sized to pop straight through the recipient's letterbox (approx 27cm x17cm x 3cm) - if a box is letterbox friendly it will state this in the product description. No need for anybody to be home to accept the delivery.
Our larger boxes measure 27cm x 17cm x 5cm.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
If you have made an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away. We can make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot make any changes to the address or track the item. We cannot accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.
More than one gift to send?
All our gift boxes are designed to be posted separately. If you'd like to order more than one gift box and they are shipping to the same address, please check out as normal and we'll provide blank greetings cards in each box for you to add your own message. If they are going to separate addresses, please check-out separately - we want to make sure the correct item is sent to the correct address!
How will my gift be packaged?
We wanted the unboxing experience to be part of the gift experience itself, so we take great care in packing our gifts and make them look as pretty as possible!
First we put recycled tissue paper and cotton ribbon in the box, the contents are carefully arranged and packed in with recycled shredded paper to protect them and make sure they arrive looking perfect. We add little touches like dried rose buds or eucalyptus leaves to the box, and add a notecard that lists the contents of the box. The tissue paper is sealed, the ribbon tied into a bow and the greetings card with your personalised message added. The box is closed and then we add a postal sleeve around the box which protects the main box. Most of our boxes are sent directly to the recipient so we never include any pricing information as standard.
All the postage labels are added to the postal sleeve, meaning if you wanted to give the box to the recipient rather than having it posted to them, you just need to remove the postal sleeve and it's ready to go!
